AES-B-20 is a portable and compact Digital Audio Level Booster. It offers selectable gain of +12 and +24 dB. An overrange indicator will help finding the right setting. AES-B-20 is a very compact, battery-powered digital audio level booster, housed in an black-anodized all aluminium case. Inputs and outputs are 3-pole XLRs, for AES digital signals only. Gain is selectable in three steps: 0 dB, +12 dB and +24 dB. An overrange indicator show red at 0 dBFS. The unit works entirely in the digital domain. AES-B-20 can be powered by four internal standard AAA batteries for 10 – 15 hours continuous use, or by an external DC power supply with 6 – 18 V output @ 100 mA.
